During this free Movement Workshop, certified Arthritis Instructor, Vera will lead exercises that focus on Bones, Balance and Strength Training. The energy, enthusiasm and love for fitness and people that Vera shows will help you succeed.
These powerful classes help to improve diabetes control, improve blood pressure, increase bone strength, and decrease risks of falling. These classes increase muscle strength, endurance and energy.
