Picklesburgh 2018: The Destination for All Things Pickled

What’s the Big Dill? If you’re a pickle fanatic, or just pickle curious, make a plan to be on the Roberto Clemente Bridge when it’s transformed into Picklesburgh

The Picklesburgh 2018 Festival is a culinary celebration that goes beyond the dill pickle to include international dishes, prepared foods, and artisan cocktails that feature pickled ingredients. The festival embraces the farm-to-table movement and the rising popularity of canning. There will be a selection of handcrafted foods and artisan cocktails from local restaurants, as well as informative how-to demos and author talks. You can find merchandise such as pickled goods, books and DIY products.

Picklesburgh 2018 will be held on the Roberto Clemente Bridge from 12:00 to 10:00 pm on Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21. Hours will be from 12:00 to 6:00 pm on Sunday, July 22. For more information, including a detailed schedule of events, visit the Picklesburgh website.
