As part of its Family Science Workshop Series, Carnegie Science Center is offering Programming with Scratch, for children ages 8+, and their families.
Combine the simple programming language of Scratch with your imagination to create your own interactive stories, animations, or games. While creating Scratch projects, participants learn important mathematical and computational ideas, learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively.
The Programming with Scratch Workshop will be held on Sunday, November 23, from 1:00 until 3:00 pm. For more information, or to register, visit the Science Workshops event page or call 412-237-1637
