Story Sunday: Brick Who Found Herself in Architecture

You and your child are invited to tune in to a virtual story time with Alyssa Velazquez, the curator of Locally Sourced of Carnegie Museum of Art, as she reads Brick Who Found Herself in Architecture by Joshua David Stein. Meet a baby brick who is ready to grow into a big building of her own – although she’s not quite sure what type of building she wants to be. Travel with the brick to see some of the architectural wonders of the world, learning that not only do great buildings begin with small bricks, but great journeys do, too. The story will be followed by a making activity for children ages 12 and under.

Story Sunday: Brick Who Found Herself in Architecture will be held virtually on Sunday, March 21 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The price of this event is Pay-What-You-Wish.
