Story Sunday: What Will These Hands Make? by Nikki McClure

You and your child are invited to tune in to a virtual Story Sunday with Alyssa Velazquez, the curator of Locally Sourced of Carnegie Museum of Art, as she reads What Will These Hands Make? by Nikki McClure.

Follow one family for a day and discover all of the ways they use their hearts and their hands to make their community a better place. Will these hands make a box to hold memories, a song for a parade, or a quilt that keeps people warm? The questions in this story dare the reader to dream of everything they can be and all that they can do for others. The story will be followed by a making activity for children ages 12 and under.

Story Sunday: What Will These Hands Make? will be held on Sunday, February 28 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The price of this event is Pay-What-You-Wish. For more information, or to register, visit the Story Sunday: What Will These Hands Make? event page.
