Carnegie Library – Allegheny offers free weekly Tai Chi sessions. This program focuses on a system of physical exercise to improve and maintain health. Tai Chi can be helpful in achieving a state of physical and mental relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. Instructor, Cecelia, is a certified instructor and has taught classes at the YMCA.
