The weekly Tai Chi program at the Library focuses on a system of physical exercise to improve and maintain health. Tai Chi can be helpful in achieving a state of physical and mental relaxation while also strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems. Instructor, Cecelia, is a certified instructor and has taught classes at the YMCA. Comfortable clothing is required.
