Gwen’s Girls, in collaboration with Prime Stage Theatre, present “You Belong to Me” a theater production and program that brings the drama of teen dating violence to the stage. This program offers teens and adults the opportunity to learn the warning signs of domestic violence, where to turn for help, and how to find positive role models.
As part of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, You Belong to Me will be held on Friday, February 19, at the New Hazlett Theater. Reception starts at 5:30 pm and the play begins at 6:30 pm. A discussion Forum will be held after the performance from 7:30 to 8:15 pm. The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required. This event is appropriate for ages 10 and older.
