Come to The Andy Warhol Museum to enjoy the School of Drag 2021 Finale, a showcase performance featuring students and instructors from the museum’s School of Drag.

The Warhol’s School of Drag teaches teens the history, culture, and practice of drag and gender-bending performance, over the course of a seven-week program. Warhol pioneered the representation of gender nonconformity and the use of drag queens in both his film and other artworks. He embraced this LGBTQ+ community cultural practice as an avenue of creative expression.

The School of Drag 2021 Finale Performance is free and will take place on Friday, August 13 at 7:00 pm in The Warhol Theater.
