Winter Weather Permitting

Weather Permitting is taking its summertime, outdoor show inside to help break up the monotony of winter. Come to The New Bohemian on the North Side for Winter Weather Permitting. Hang out, snack hard and jam to the sounds of local musicians in a space that is kid-friendly and accessible to everyone.

Winter Weather Permitting is an outdoor weekly concert series that is typically held in Shadyside during the summer. Their events feature bands, beer from local breweries, food trucks and a farmer’s marketplace. They have also been known to have squirt gun battles and hula-hoop fun for kids of all ages. More than just an event, this collaboration of local folks was built with the intention of supporting and promoting small businesses.

The local bands scheduled to play at the March Winter Weather Permitting event are Andre Costello and Cool Minors, Red Bells, and Molly Alphabet. Food and brews will be available for purchase.

Winter Weather Permitting will be held on Sunday, March 8, at The New Bohemian, located at 887 Progress Street in neighboring East Deutschtown. Doors open at 3:00 pm and music plays until 8:00 pm. For more information, visit the Winter Weather Permitting event page.
