Come to a homemade pizza party at the Children’s Museum! Guest chef Larry Neskey will demonstrate how to make a whole wheat sourdough pizza crust from scratch. Roll out an individual pizza, then chop and choose from a variety of fresh ingredients. Using microscopes, explore the beneficial bacteria that makes sourdough delicious.
Youth Cook: Pizza Party! will be held on Friday, January 30, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm. Participants must be at least 10 years old.
