Children’s Museum offers several Youth Programs for children ages 10-15. Participants have an opportunity to experience activities at the Children’s Museum while hanging out with other youth. Space is limited for these events. Pre-registration is required.
It doesn’t get much fresher than this! Museum garden experts will lead youth on a taste testing tour of fresh herbs and greens in the Museum’s on-site gardens, then participants will create their very own edible garden planter to take home. The workshop will conclude with pesto making and recipe sharing!
Youth Grow: Edible Planters will be held on Saturday, May 2 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Purchase Youth Grow tickets online, or at the front desk of the Children’s Museum. Preregistration is required for this event.
