On Tuesday, March 10, Arctecon – a design, construction, and real estate development company – broke ground on three new for-sale townhomes on Alpine Street. The project is led by Allegheny City Central resident Andrew Reichert, Managing Director of Development for Arctecon. The construction period will last approximately six months.

This project is an important first step in ACCA’s focus on facilitating the development of new housing north of Jacksonia Street. Future phases of development will help to fill empty lots, and will build on the momentum established by successful projects such as the Federal Hill housing development.
