Rising Tide Partners, a housing nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, is studying how its upcoming project at the former Light of Life Building, located at 10 East North Avenue, can best serve the neighborhood and create lasting community benefits. The planning team is just getting started, and they want to hear from you about your ideas, priorities, and hopes for the future of this site!

To gather feedback, Rising Tide is asking community members to provide feedback by completing a short 10-15 minute online survey to ensure the community’s voice guides the next steps in the process.
