Hey Neighbors, You Are Invited to Arch Court’s First Open House

Take this opportunity to meet the Arch Court board members, tour the facilities, and see a model apartment in this award-winning, HUD-subsidized, 30-unit affordable housing for low income seniors. 

Arch Court, Inc. is a neighborhood-owned nonprofit managed by Arbors, Inc., a professional management company guided by the Arch Court Board of Directors, made up of Northside neighbors.

The Board would like to familiarize you with its operation and get to know you. For the first time Arch Court does not have a waiting list and the board is reaching out to neighbors who might be able to refer seniors who could use these services. 

They are also looking for a few new board members with community connections. The Board would only need a little of your time, talents, and generosity – no more than six board meetings a year lasting about an hour each, and there is no financial obligation. 

The Arch Court Open House will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Arch Court Apartments, located at 1310 Arch Street. Food is sponsored by Jen Saffron of Sprezzatura.
